At Lunar Crafts, we are committed to providing high-quality, customized products. Please review our policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

  1. Timeframe for Defective or Faulty Products:
    If your product arrives defective, you must submit clear photos or videos of the issue within 24 hours of delivery. After review, if the claim is validated, you will receive either a replacement product or store credit. Minor flaws such as small scratches or minor imperfections will not qualify for a return.
  2. No Returns for Change of Mind:
    We do not accept returns or exchanges for simply changing your mind. Each product is custom-made after you place your order. Thus, once the order is confirmed, we begin production, and no returns will be accepted for non-defective products.
  3. Customized Nature of Products:
    Each product we sell is personalized and created specifically for you. Because of this, all sales are final except in cases of defects or faults, as described above.
  4. General Policy Terms:
    All customers must carefully review their orders before confirming. Once the product is produced, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds unless it is a verified defect as per our policy.
