If something goes wrong with your lamp

I make every lamp by hand and I want you to love it. If yours arrives damaged, doesn't work, or isn't what the product page promised, tell me within 7 days of delivery. Email me at lunarcrafts.support@gmail.com with your order number and a few clear photos or a short video of the problem, and I'll look at it personally.

If it's confirmed, you choose: a replacement made for you, or a full refund including what you paid for shipping. If a lamp needs to come back, I'll cover the return postage. Please hold on to it until I send you instructions.

A note on handmade pieces

Because each lamp is poured and finished by hand, you'll see small differences in resin clarity, tiny bubbles, wood grain and fine detail from one lamp to the next. That's part of what makes it handmade, so it isn't counted as a defect.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method once I've confirmed the issue. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
