Shipping policy

How long it takes

Nothing sits on a shelf waiting for you. I make your lamp after you order it, so it takes a little while to pour, cure, finish and pack. Allow 7-14 business days from your order date until it reaches you. Customs and local carriers can occasionally add delays that I can't control.

What shipping costs

Prices and shipping are in USD, with one flat rate per order:

• United States: $3.99
• Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Israel, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman and most of Europe: $3.99
• Mexico: $7.99
• Croatia, Iceland, Monaco and Romania: $25.00

I ship to the countries you can pick at checkout. If yours isn't there, I can't ship to you yet, sorry.

Customs and import taxes

Depending on where you live, your country may charge import duties or taxes when the parcel arrives. These aren't included in my prices and are paid by the buyer.

Tracking and problems

You'll get an email when your lamp ships. If it's running late, goes missing or arrives damaged, write to me at lunarcrafts.support@gmail.com and I'll sort it out with you. For damaged lamps, see the Refund policy.
